Perhaps - in a sense - hope and vision are inseparable allies; and almost synonyms; or perhaps it's more accurate to say, "Loss of Vision is the Death of Hope".

What is vision if it's not the centre of attention? And hope is the centre of expectation. Isn't vision void if it lacks a belief that the thing imagined can also be attained? Otherwise it's simply empty day-dreaming.

To imagine something and want it counts for little if there is no belief that it can be achieved. Where will the motivation come from without any hope of success?

And on the flipside, believing that you can achieve anything without having any focus on what to achieve is likely to result in wasted potential.

But to have a vision, and also have the hope that you can reach it: in my opinion, that is really living!
